  • 1 packet (100g) frozen unsweetened acai puree
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) orange juice or coconut water
  • 1/2 banana

Toppings:

  • Fresh mango slices
  • Fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup (25g) granola
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Fresh banana slices
  • A drizzle of honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Acai Base:
    • In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen acai puree, mango, pineapple, orange juice (or coconut water), and half a banana.
    • Blend until smooth and thick. If needed, add a little more liquid (1 tablespoon at a time) to help blend, but keep the consistency thick like sorbet.
  • Assemble the Bowl:
    • Pour the blended acai base into a bowl, spreading it evenly.
  • Add the Toppings:
    • Arrange the fresh mango slices, pineapple chunks, banana slices, granola, shredded coconut, and chia seeds on top.
    • Drizzle with honey for added sweetness, if desired.
  • Serve Immediately:
    • Serve the acai bowl right away and enjoy its refreshing flavors!
