- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional, for extra heat)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) seafood boil broth (optional for extra flavor)
- Salt to taste

Instructions
Melt the Butter and Sauté the Onion:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Cook the Garlic:
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
Add the Seasonings:
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and lemon pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes to toast the spices.
Incorporate the Liquids:
- Add the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and seafood boil broth (if using). Stir well and let the mixture simmer for 3-5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Taste and Adjust:
- Taste the sauce and add salt or adjust the heat level by adding more cayenne or hot sauce, as desired.
Serve:
- Pour the sauce over your seafood boil, or serve it on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
