Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) brewed green tea, cooled
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) lime juice or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) peach juice or white grape juice
  • Ice cubes

Optional Garnish:

  • Lime or lemon wedge
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  • Brew green tea and let it cool completely.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the cooled green tea, lime or lemon juice, simple syrup, and peach or white grape juice.
  • Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a shot glass or a small serving glass.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge or mint leaves, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
